These videos and requests you can make for properties to be reviewed can help you to form an excellent analysis of what is trending in our real estate market. My reviews focus on what I see as the best priced properties for sale as well as what I think a property should be priced at. In addition, any information that I have regarding the sale history, improvements or seller motivation will be included.

You will be emailed the document, “Working With a Realtor”. The fiduciary obligations of Fergus Kyne and RE/MAX Alliance will be clearly explained to you . At no time will any of these services you receive result in you paying a fee. If you should ever choose to have Fergus Kyne market a property or engage his services as a buyer’s agent, any fee structure payable by you will be agreed upon between yourself and Fergus Kyne. You also agree not to share said content with anyone who is not a client of Fergus Kyne as described above.
